Hi, I had been using hand held files and sanding tools for years on my feet. Hard work and not the best. This is great. After only a couple of uses my feet are smooth. Hard skin and calluses gone. Easy to use and clean. It comes with two spare heads so should last a good while. I charge it after every use to ensure it is at full capacity. Gentle pressure and it works fine. Can't recommend this highly enough.

I took the plunge as this particular model at the time had a massive 15k+ reviews (85% combined 4-5 star reviews). I'm usually very “Brand Aware.” and typically stick to what I know and trust. I have used the market leader for numerous years, but the quality control has suffered, and the need to constantly replace batteries became tiresome. This model now seems to have been upgraded with minor specification improvements since some other previous reviews from a few years ago, so others may now not be relevant to reflect these changes. Intro: _____ Being In my early 30’s my feet are by no means in the worst of conditions. I do try to take care of them as much as possible after all; you only ever get two. During the UK lockdown, I think most of us increased our exercise routine; the result for me? Painful friction blistering at the back of the heel and rough, hardened skin on the balls of the feet, though, particularly the base of heels as I tend to walk/run around four miles daily and generally on my feet for between 10-12 hours. Pro: ______ * Pain-free. I find it a little ticklish in certain areas, particularly the arch and towards the balls of the toes. * Ideal for those that don’t have the strength in their hands to continuously saw back and forth with a foot rasp or pumice stone. Gentle, slightly scuffing the skin with minimal pressure is all that is needed. * Rechargeable, I no longer need to scour for batteries that 9/10 don’t have much power remaining. Charging for 2hrs gives around four uses per charge, which is four weeks for me as using it once weekly. (5 minutes per foot). * Although it’s plastic, it doesn’t feel overly cheap in build. It has a nice weight to it, not too light nor too heavy. * Easily maintained, I remove and wash the roller after each use. Of course, this is for hygiene and ensures the unit is in prime condition for subsequent treatments. I use a little antibacterial soap and a nail brush to remove the debris (using fingers alone to rub clean, I found doing so removes rough skin from the finger and not cleaning it effectively), then a quick wipe down or run under the tap and placing to protective roller cover in back in place. * A feature that I appreciate is the charging indicator light I can use and not be concerned it’ll run out of battery mid-use. Of course, replaceable battery models don’t usually feature this, but it’s a very welcomed one in a rechargeable. If anything, id like the green light to turn off completely when the device has completed the recharging cycle rather than gauge the two-hour charging needed. Mid: ______ * Patience is needed. For me, it takes around 5 minutes to treat each foot; it’s not a quick glide, and you’re finished. But try not to overdo it. I think five minutes is the maximum use time and the sweet spot; otherwise, the skin can feel overly warm, and overuse can make the skin feel a little tender. This brand also sells extra-coarse roller replacements, but to be honest, I do feel this is unnecessary and wouldn’t suit most as the standard are pretty abrasive. * I wouldn't say when using the unit is super quiet; think of a remote control car, very similar, although when placed on the skin, it's not overly loud at 45db. (tested by the use of DB reader) Con: ______ * It is incredibly messy in terms of debris. I find the best practice is to use a towel, making it far easier collecting the remains. That said, fine particles are inevitable and become airborne. Alternatively, I use it just before showering (ensure feet are still clean and dry). I am aware this brand sells a vacuum model to minimise this and is fully waterproof, unlike this model being water-resistant, but as it had far fewer reviews, I was hesitant to take the risk. If this model holds up well in the future, I may consider purchasing. * The unit doesn’t come with a wall plug for charging, which is typical of such devices. However, most people have a USB plug, such as tablets/mobiles, that is perfectly fine to use. That said, the charging cable does require a firm hand to push into the charging pins located on the bottom. The charging cable is around 1m which is a sufficient length for most. * I would have preferred a little drawstring pouch to keep the unit when not in use, as keeping the packaging to keep the cable, additional x2 rollers isn’t ideal; I have resorted to a ziplock bag. Conclusion: ______ Overall, do I regret taking the plunge on a brand that I wasn't previously aware of before purchasing? Quite the opposite, the build quality is surprisingly good for the price. And meanwhile, it's not going to completely replace a professional treatment id say it removes around 80% of the affected areas and would work fantastic in between treatment visits or prolong the results. I’d also recommend investing in a quality foot cream to apply afterwards as the skin can look a little dry and chalky; this does help with the overall appearance and result. As mentioned above, I have used the market leader for numerous years. I wanted to test its effectiveness against this model immediately after using my trusted brand, thinking it had done a “good” job. I was astounded at the amount of hardened skin that this model was still able to remove. Hopefully, you have found this review somewhat helpful, and it has helped you decide if this product is or isn’t for you. Additional Notes: ______ * Although this hadn't happened to me, during my read of other reviews before I committed to purchasing myself, a common complaint was when touching the skin, even with light pressure, the unit would instantly stop. I may have found why this is. You could be using it in the wrong orientation. Ensure the logo is facing downwards. Otherwise, it will slow down as too much friction has been created, and the safety feature kicks in. I appreciate this is not clearly explained within the supplied manual and could be an unintentional user error. I tried using the device in the incorrect orientation. The effectiveness and speed were massively noticeable to the point it would stop even with light handedness; the debris would also blast into the air. Keep the device in the correct orientation and at 45 degrees when in use, and it works perfectly. * I have chosen not to add images/videos as other reviews show its use. For me to further add would be unnecessary as I cannot reveal anything else different.

If you have dry heels, read the 5 star reviews, if you get athletes foot, read on. I wanted to be able to remove my heavy calluses more quickly than with a pumise stone. I get athletes foot a lot, and keeping hard skin at bay helps. The calluses on the heel and ball of my foot are thick, hard and a little damp, not dry and cracked. There seem to be multiple good reviews and a few poor reviews for this device, so I had a punt. On the first try it was rubbish, so I read the manual, changed to the extra course roller, and saw I should use after a bath / shower. So I tried. Photos are before and after using the electric remover on my heel and the comparison is 5 minutes with the electric remover followed by just under 5 minutes with a pumise stone on the same heel. You can see that electric remover has dug up ruts in my hard skin, but hasn't really removed that much. The Pumice stone was more effective. This was really disappointing, I really wanted this to be the answer to my problems, I felt like giving it one star... But, to be fair, I use a LOT of elbow grease with a pumise stone, the electric remover just goes and does the job. I tried it on the callus on my big toe, which is dryer, and wow, it really works well on dry callus. If I try it at the end of the day, with dry feet, it does actually remove some of the area's I miss with the pumise stone. Also, it is more powerful if you use it when plugged in, it makes a difference and that is how I use it now. It is a little too noisy to use going to bed, which is a shame, because that is when it is most effective for my feet. Also I find the roller vibrates and rattles around in the drive head at the non-driven end, 2 year warranty, so I am not too concerned, but it is a little off putting. It is a good shape to keep hold of, but if you are supposed to wash the roller every use, I would have expected it to be at least splash proof rather than have to take the roller in and out. So all in all, for me, a let down and not what I had hoped for. It still works and I still use it occasionally, but now I concentrate on putting the time in with a pumise stone daily. Hope this helps if you get athletes foot and want this type of device, unfortunately the poor reviews are for people with sweaty feet like me.

I’ve used this for several years and now bought for my daughter. I’ve found it best used on dry feet - which have already been pared. It won’t remove hard callouses. It takes away further dry skin after that. Leaves feet smooth ready for some moisturiser and a pair of socks to complete your pedicure.

I'm super happy with this purchase. I think people who have complaints about it not removing absolutely every layer had unrealistic expectations. I've had embarrassingly bad/calloused feet since I was a teen, and I was skeptical, but after even one use, I found the results shocking. Instant relief! Soft, comfortable, the best it's been in yearssss. I didn't want to overdo it, so after the first day, I've used it briefly the following days and applied lotion after. Since it's cordless, it's very convenient and easy to hold and use. It just has one speed, but it's the one I'd choose -- fast, good rotations, effective. Though it's a little more costly than other options, I think it's good quality and value. My only complaint is that it doesn't have any indication of remaining battery life so it just abruptly stops. It might only really be an issue the first use when things are at its worst point vs when you're just maintaining and probaly not needing to use a full charge. In any case, the results are so good, it still gets 5 stars! UPDATE: the effect actually lasts! It's been several days since I used it and my heels are still great. Best purchase!

This electric callus remover is an absolute lifesaver for anyone dealing with rough, cracked, or dry feet. It’s powerful enough to tackle even the toughest calluses, but gentle enough that it doesn’t leave your skin feeling raw. The three rollers are a great touch—one for every level of exfoliation you might need, from light touch-ups to serious foot rehab. The USB charging feature is super convenient, and the charge lasts long enough for multiple sessions. It’s also lightweight and easy to handle, so you can comfortably use it without feeling like you’re holding a power tool. Downsides? The rollers do wear down after regular use, so you’ll need replacements eventually, and it’s a bit noisy, but nothing unbearable. Also, be mindful to use it over a towel or sink, as it generates a lot of dust from the dead skin (gross but oddly satisfying!). Overall, this pedicure tool is a must-have for anyone who wants salon-smooth feet at home. Affordable, easy to use, and seriously effective! 4.8/5
