What can I say! Read the reviews, and that, come get it ordered, and try it out. So glad I did. I am on my feet all day, I have very dry cracked heels, I have practically worked my way through the Boots 'feet' section in our town. I've also, umpteen dry skin removers, plus graters etc etc. This wonder machine did its job, it flimin well works. In less than 5 minutes, I've a gorgeous smooth right heel! I mean it'll never star in an advert for sexy feet, but in my eyes, it's doing its job, keeping me upright! Easy to charge up, simple to use, easy to clean too. Love it!

My feet were an actual horror show with super gnarly thick skin around the heel. I spent about 15 minutes using this and they look and feel so much better! The really deep cracks and tough skin will probably take some time, but my feet now look relatively normal - which is a delight! It felt like using a gentle electric sander - not painful at all, but very satisfying.

I thought this was a great product and found it easy to use and really did work well at removing the rough skin and it worked well for about 8 months then began to stop and start every couple of seconds, contacted the company that made it for support as when you go into your invoice that's where it directs you to they basically washed their hands and said go back to where you bought it, no help there then. Luckily Amazon is really good about these things and arranged a return and refund for me. Would I recommend this item in a word NO

Purchased two weeks ago, my order arrived quicky and I followed the instructions and charged prior to use. The first time using it, it was fantastic! Worked really well and I loved how smooth my feet felt after one application. BUT! It’s hadn’t worked again since! I thought it was out of power so popped it on to charge, the red light comes on but after charging nothing happens, it won’t switch on. I filled in a return form, it states original packaging is required to return. The thing came in rigid plastic packaging that had to be cut open. Contacted Amazon who directed me to the supplier. The supplier say I need to contact the retailer, the retailer say I need to contact the supplier. Had a blunt rude email from the supplier this morning stating “as previously advised” Anyway! Avoid wasting your money on this as you’ll get no help if it goes wrong. Waste of money. Waste of my time

I bought this product to replace an old one (different brand) I'd bought about 8 years ago than ran on replaceable batteries, and I really wanted a rechargeable pedi product this time. I've bought other Flawless products, so decided to give this one a shot, since it also isn't crazy expensive. I do have to charge it after every use, but this little thing is powerful! It blows my old one out of the water, and I really like the handle on this one. It allows you to get a good angle with both your left and right hands, which I appreciate. It has low and high settings, and to be honest, I don't usually use the high setting unless I've really abused my feet that week. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend to others looking for a rechargeable, powerful pedi device at a reasonable price.
