Its a great massager but it broke almost immediately (after I threw the box away and therefore can’t return). The heat function doesn’t work at all after working while in use twice. Would be happy to take a replacement but without packaging there is no option to return. So keep your packaging long after you get it just in case.

Very decent foot massager for the price! I was searching through a lot of them and decided on this one because overall it was cheaper and it had a lot of positive reviews. I would say it was well worth it! It's very easy to set up, just plug it in and turn it on. Each button is for each setting, low medium or high. At first I tried them all on the low settings but felt it wasn't really doing much, so I turned everything onto high instead and whoah! You can really feel it! At first I wasn't sure if I liked it or not! The high compression and high kneading felt a little too much and at times it actually hurt a little bit. But after a while I got used to it. I think the initial pains just from first time using it and the fact that my feet were already aching and in pain. But after using it for a couple of times, I started to notice some relief from the pain. The heat is honestly a bit too much, even on the lowest setting I can feel it's really hot on my feet, so the high setting must be insane. Thankfully you can choose to have no heat at all. Overall I am pretty pleased and have been using it almost every day since I purchased it.

Should really do more of the feet it’s just the middle section then you got to move around. Not that noise which is good and it’s very simple to use. I like it after running or those days you have been on your feet a lot. Looking forward to trying in the winter with the heat function on to be fair.

Habe das Gerät aufgrund Schmerzen an Achillessehnen und Knöcheln gekauft. Auch hatte ich ständig starke Verspannungen an den Füssen. Ich benutze das Gerät nun seit vielen Wochen fast täglich. Es arbeitet tiptop. Bemängeln kann ich gar nichts! Die Schmerzen wurden massiv weniger und Verspannungen lösen sich sehr gut. Möchte es nicht mehr hergeben! Habe mittlerweile auch deswegen noch ein zweites Snailax Produkt für den Rücken gekauft da ich mit dem Fussgerät sehr zufrieden bin. Anmerkung: Wir haben einen deutschen Stecker mitbestellt der für ein paar Euro erhältlich ist. Der gelieferte passt hier nicht.

I was pleasantly surprised by this nice foot massager. My feet are very sensitive. In fact, they are so sensitive that on the rare occasion I get a message from a human, at the very beginning I request that they do NOT massage my feet. It is usually more painful than enjoyable for me. So when I put my feet into this Snailax foot massager, I was not too hopeful but assumed my wife would mainly use it. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it actually felt very soothing and comfortable on my feet. The automatic default settings when the unit is turned off are the best for me. It automatically goes to the low setting for each of the 3 settings when you turn it on. The 3 settings include massage, vibration, and heat. You can then turn them up to medium or high as you prefer. My wife has plantar fasciitis which has bothered her for years. After a day of walking while shopping, she said this massager was a wonderful treat for her feet! My feet are size 10 and while there is a lot of room within the actual foot massager, I imagine the larger your feet are, the more challenging it might be to be able to get your feet into the slot. All in all, I do recommend this foot massager as a relaxing and enjoyable treat for your feet!

I previously got a snailax foot rest that also doubles as a heater for when I am working in the winter. It did a good job but I wanted something with full foot coverage to better warm my feet and decided to try this device as an alternative. Top Level: This is good, a worthy purchase, and does what I am looking for it to do very well Pros - The warming function is good and will toast your whole foot because its in the sock lining, this is exactly what I was looking for - Light weight so it can be moved around easily - I actually liked the air pressure squeezing, its a lot like a blood pressure strap but for your feet. I can only use the light setting as I have big clown feet but thats enough for me - I am NOT a big foot massage guy but I do enjoy the rollers that they have in this, again only on the light setting. Was surprised at how much I liked it. Cons - The vibration feature is not really worth anything - It shuts off automatically after 15 minutes so it won't overheat, I wish they had a better way to cool it down The snailax foot rest I got died after 5 months (no longer heated) so I am wondering how long this will last. Being a larger plastic device I wonder if it will be more durable but time will tell. For now I am really enjoying using this at work, I alternate between this and the foot rest.

This foot massager is extremely useful. I work in construction and being in work boots all day make my feet sore at the end of the day. What better way to relieve the soreness than to have my feet massaged! I keep this massager in my office so I can relieve my soreness while finishing up my office duties before I leave work. I put it at the highest setting so it can really knead my feet and by the end of the 10-15 minutes the unit runs, my feet feel so much better. It's very simple to use. For what the unit is worth, I would have expected it to have a remote to help operate it without needing to bend down, but it's a minor inconvenience. It helps that the power cord is long so I can run the cord underneath my desk. I would highly recommend it!
