This is 100% pure essential oil, and the added serotonin is appreciated, though I'm doubtful if it actually works. The only ingredients are Sandalwood, Vetiver, Neroli fragrands, and 5 HTP Serotonin and Mct. I don't know if the final ingredient is actually skin-absorbent, but I wouldn't doubt its effects either. This is great for wearing before a nice day out, or even just before bed for a good night's sleep. Being roll-on, I also appreciate how it might last longer compared to an atomized spritz.

The Calm Roll on Essential Oil Stress Relief came in a well packaged carton which can be a good stocking stuffer. The scent is very pleasant and does have a calming effect. It was not over powering which depends from person to person. It did not leave any bad reaction on my skin either which again depends on each person's sensitivity When I get stressed, I start venting out through my mouth and that is a time, I have been trying this product. Coworkers have not complained yet, which is a good thing.

It's hard to figure out how big this roll-on bottle is from the product listings -- it's only 1/3rd of an ounce. I was hoping for a more cologne-like experience but this is strictly an essential oil. The serotonin aspect is hard to measure, but it does have a bit of calming effect, which I fully attribute to the breathing and smell of the essence. Since similar products are available at much lower prices, I don't see a lot of value here, so I'm giving this only 3 stars.

The NewMiuz Serotonin Noir aromatherapy oil comes in a luxurious looking box; its dark glass bottle protects it from oxidation and the total package gives it a high end feel. It would make a lovely stocking stuffer! The Serotonin Noir contains 5-HTP, which is a seratonin precursor, but I'm not sure how absorbable it is through the skin, or if there's enough of it to make any real difference. The scent, however, is very calming and relaxing, and reminds me of a spa. The sandalwood, vetiver, and neroli blend is mainly woodsy and spicy, but has a top note of something fresh, sweet and citrusy, like lemongrass or orange with a hint of mint. I know that scents can change depending on the wearer's own body chemistry. On me, the freshness of the scent from the bottle fades into mostly a woodsy, spicy, more warm and grounding scent. I really like the roller ball on the bottle for ease of dispensation.
